ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeletewhat a surprise to find your blog and those pictures. My name is Laetitia Szlechter, grand-daughter of Bella Cymlich and Moshe Szlechter. You mention his name on one of your picture, but Moshe is quiet a current name ... Do you know if Esther and Yehosoah perished burned in their own house, if one of their son emigrated in Belgium in the 30' ? Because it's the "family story" I know, so I would like to know if this picture could be one of my grand-grand-parents ... My grand father Moshe tryed for years after the war to get in touch with others Szlechter stayed in Poland, unfortunatly at that time, it was hopeless ... I would be glad to get more information about those people. Anyhow, congratulations for your blog, and to continue to honor their memory.
